Origin Financial
Origin is a startup, located in the US, with a mission of promoting financial wellness.
As a product designer my role was to revisit the current Goals feature experience and 
redesign it from scratch. The feature had zero engagement, since it requested users to open a saving account with a 3rd party provider. 

We wanted our members to input their financial goals in our platform in order to collect data and reduce the time our financial planners spent to plan and project how every individuals financial goals impact their overall financial roadmap.
Nubank's new chat interface
Nubank is the first totally digital bank in Brazil.
Sixty percent of its support happens by chat.
It's the cheapest and preferred channel by users and roughly 20 thousand tickets are solved daily within this channel.
The old chat interface was already 4 years old with no incremental change. Besides an outdated UI, that wasn't up to date with Nubank's Design System, it had some known usability problems. There was a huge backlog with a lot of features but the engineering team was understaffed in this Business Unit. Besides being understaffed, the team had a pretty tight deadline.
Junto Seguros Backoffice
Junto Seguros is an insurance company in Brazil, that has recently moved all its processes to a digital platform. The company goal is to provide brokers a simple and quick way to issue their insurance policies online. But sometimes, depending on the case, the policy has to go under analysis of the technical team, to guarantee all risks for the company are being considered before issuing it.
Before this project, the main problem brokers would face was that, when the process went through analysis, it would take too long for it to be approved. Sometimes it would take up to three days for a policy to be issued.
